Over $5000 for a pretzel???
I'm curious to see if this EBay seller actually gets the selling price for his Virgin Mary Pretzel Auction. With nearly 15 hours left on the auction, it already has 44 bids, the highest of which is $5300.
Hmmm... I'm thinking I'd better pay more attention when eating my Rold Gold....
Admittedly, it does look a bit like the photo they show of the Virgin Mary. But, still a pretty hefty price to pay for a pretzel, especially from a seller with a low feedback score. The auction has received a lot of press on news shows and online, including from CNN.
Don't make the mistake of mixing this pretzel in with your party mix!
